30 Day Returns, Free Return Label, Free Size Exchange

We want you to be happy with your order. Every purchase made on idustmite.com comes with a 30 day return window, a free UK return label and a free size exchange if you order the wrong size.

✔️ Free UK returns We cover the postage and send you a prepaid DPD label through our returns portal.
✔️ Free size exchange Wrong size? We will swap it for the right one and cover the postage both ways.
✔️ Fast refunds Your money back within 5 business days of your return arriving with us.
✔️ 12 month warranty Every product is covered against faults for a full year.

How our returns work

1. Talk to us first. Most things are sorted in a single email. Advice, wrong size, a fitting question or a product query. Email Hello@iDustMite.com and our team resolve 9 out of 10 issues without a return.

2. Start your return. If you still want to send it back, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will email you a prepaid DPD return label. Orders shipped outside the UK are returned at your own cost, as we cannot provide a prepaid label internationally.

3. Send it back. Repack the item in its original packaging and drop it at any DPD point.

4. Get your refund. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. Orders placed with VAT relief are refunded at the price paid.

Free size exchange

Deep mattress, super king, zip together beds, oversized pillows. Sizing is the one thing people get wrong, so we make it free to fix. Email Hello@iDustMite.com with your order number and the size you need and we will arrange the swap at no cost within the UK.

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell, which is why everything comes with a 12 month warranty.

Returns should be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept bedding, protectors, pillows or duvets that have been used, washed or slept on. Faulty items are always covered by the 12 month warranty. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery.
