Dust mites build up in duvets that cannot take a hot wash. Most ordinary duvets wash at 30°C or 40°C, which dust mites survive. This duvet is built to sustain a weekly 60°C wash without losing its softness, so anything that settles in it gets killed rather than left to accumulate. The breathable cotton outer lets heat and moisture escape and the hollowfibre core stays light, soft and lofty.

Built in corner ties attach inside our Anti Dust Mite Duvet Protector, so the duvet stays flat and never bunches or slides inside it.

Our Anti Dust Mite Eucalyptus Silk Duvet adds two things this cotton duvet does not have: a tested 40 micron barrier weave that stops skin cells getting inside, so dust mites cannot settle in the duvet at all, and eucalyptus fibre that draws moisture away far faster than cotton, keeping the duvet too dry for dust mites to breed in. It is the duvet most of our allergy customers choose.

Sizes: cot bed 120cm x 150cm, single 135cm x 200cm, double 200cm x 200cm, king 225cm x 220cm, super king 260cm x 220cm. These are standard UK duvet sizes, so your existing duvet covers fit perfectly.

Care: wash weekly at 60°C when used on its own, or place it inside our Anti Dust Mite Duvet Protector and wash the protector every one to three months instead. Tumble dry low or line dry.

Our encasements physically seal your bedding with a precision zip, blocking 99.97% of allergens from reaching you every night. It is a permanent fix, not a workaround.

Yes. Those symptoms are caused by allergens you breathe in while you sleep. By sealing your mattress, pillows and duvet, you cut off that exposure completely. Most customers notice a real difference within two to four weeks. Many tell us it is the first thing that has actually worked.

No chemicals at all. Our eucalyptus silk fabric is woven so tightly that the pores measure around 5 microns, which is small enough to stop dust mites and their allergen particles from getting through. The barrier works from night one. Most people start noticing less congestion and irritation within one to two weeks, with a clearer improvement by the end of the first month. The more of your sleeping area you protect, the faster you tend to feel it.

Wash them once a month at 60 degrees and let them air dry. Do not tumble dry. The barrier does not degrade with washing because it is built into the fabric structure. Your bedding on top should be washed weekly at 60 degrees as part of your normal routine.

We offer Cot Bed, Single, Double, King and Super King. If your mattress falls between sizes, go up to the next one. It still gives you full protection and is easier to fit. Our standard encasement suits mattresses between 10 and 30cm deep. For mattresses between 30 and 45cm, you will need our deep fit version which is listed separately on the site.
